In September 1997, the Ashoka name burst onto the scene in Bearsden and Kirkintilloch, sending ripples of delight through the community. The avant-garde aztec approach in the Ashoka Bearsden was just what the bhoona buffs were after. Designer dhansac was on their doorstep! The ritzy interior is simplistic, yet oh so stylish, and the Harlequin Suite to the rear of the restaurant makes a superb setting for that special occasion.

This hot and spicy haven provides a welcome retreat every evening for the local curry lover. Sundays, it's a family affair, (as in all the Harlequin Restaurants), and the home delivery and take-away service has proved a must as a mid-week alternative to the heat 'n' eat for the busy commuter!
